LEAD Academy Program Information
The LEAD Academy Program is offered during intersession (fall, spring, and summer) at no cost incoming 2026-2027 CVESD students in transitional kindergarten through sixth grade. Funded through the Expanded Learning Opportunities Program, LEAD Academy offers various academic and fun enrichment activities, field trips, and meals (breakfast, lunch, and snacks).
Spaces are limited. The highest priority is given to students identified as “unduplicated” (foster youth, unsheltered, students living in motels/hotels, temporarily doubled up, students in temporary shelters, English language learners, and socioeconomically disadvantaged students). After the highest priority students are registered, additional students will be registered on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Locations: Casillas, Harborside, Montgomery, Rice, Sotomayor, and Vista Square
Program Dates: June 9–26, 2026 (closed June 19)
Time: 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Registration: April 17–24, 2026 (opens at 6 p.m. on April 17)
Notifications: Sent by May 1, 2026
