Wolf Canyon – Home of the Timberwolves

Please join us for “Mrs. Diaz’s Memorial Disney Night” on Friday, May 9th! Come enjoy fun Disney inspired games and activities, and afterwards PTA will host a movie night. Check-in will begin at 4:30, the Disney activities will go from 5:00-7:00, and the movie night will start at 7:00. You can come for just the Disney games, just the movie night, or both! Dinner will be provided during the movie night by PTA with tickets for 1 food, snack, and drink item per person.

Attention Timberwolves – LEAD HUB Registration for 2025-2026 will open May 5th at 6M.

Space is Limited!

Please Note: LEAD HUB is different from LEAD Clubs. While LEAD Clubs are staff-led activities that meet on certain days throughout the year and do not run the full school year, LEAD HUB is our extended day program that operates for 180 school days.

LEAD Hub Program Information:

CVESD’s LEAD Hub program provides before and after school programs at all district schools. LEAD Hub aims to create a safe, supportive environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. The program combines recreation, homework assistance, and enrichment activities. LEAD Hub is available at no cost for CVESD students in transitional kindergarten through sixth grade and is aligned with the school calendar. LEAD Hub hours will vary by school site and depend on the school’s start and end times. Please note that not all locations have a before school program. 

Spaces are limited. The highest priority is given to students identified as “unduplicated” (foster youth, unsheltered, students living in motels/hotels, temporarily doubled up, students in temporary shelters, English language learners, and socioeconomically disadvantaged students). At the time of registration, students must be identified in the district database as belonging to one of these categories. After the highest priority students are registered, additional students will be registered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Wolf Canyon will be hosting a VAPA Festival on Thursday, April 24th, and we are anticipating a high volume of traffic on campus between 4:00–4:30 PM.

LEAD Clubs will still be meeting that day as scheduled; however, please note that dismissal will not take place from the MPR.

Below you’ll find some important dates and details about the LEAD Summer Academy:

The LEAD Academy will be offered at the following six school sites:
Casillas, Harborside, Hedenkamp, Montgomery, Rohr, and Vista Square

• Registration Window:
  Friday, April 18 – Friday, April 25
  (Opens at 6:00 p.m. today!)
• Accepted & Waitlist Notification:
  Friday, May 9, 2025
  (Families will receive an email notification by 6:00 p.m.)

🌞 Summer Program Dates

  (Please note: The program will be closed on Thursday, June 19, 2025)
