This is a reminder of our delivery policy at Wolf Canyon. Office personnel is not responsible for delivering lunches, homework, or other items to students during the school day. If you need to deliver something to your child during the school day, you or your designee will need to sign in as a visitor in the school office and take these items to your child during his/her recess or lunchtime only. Also, please make sure to coordinate how your child gets home after school prior to arriving to school. For everyone’s safety, the office will not be responsible for sending messages to students about after school pick up arrangements.
If you have any questions please contact Mr. Pollack. Thank you!
A huge shout out to all of our student participants of the 2024 Wolf Canyon Contest. Our courageous and articulate student speakers shared, “How can we unleash our superpowers for a positive change?”. Congratulations to our student winners who will advance to compete in the CVESD Semifinals on February 26-28, and possibly the Final Speech Contest on February 29. Go Timberwolves!

Fourth, Fifth, and Sixth grade classes will be teaching Adolescent Growth Education (A.G.E.) during the upcoming third or fourth quarter.
The purpose of this program is to provide students with information about: Fourth Grade: bullying, the social, emotional, and physical changes of puberty, and menstruation. Fifth Grade: developing self-esteem, being clear with friends through decision-making, boundaries (harassment and abuse), and changes that occur during puberty. Sixth Grade: changes in adolescent bodies which occur during puberty, the reproductive systems, and boundaries.
The knowledge acquired from A.G.E. will allow children to receive age-appropriate information regarding adolescence while they develop the confidence and self-respect necessary to choose a healthy lifestyle.
While your child learns A.G.E., you are encouraged to set aside a special time to discuss these important topics with your child at home.
Parents/Caregivers will be invited to preview the A.G.E. curriculum and videos at District-hosted Parent Preview Nights. Parent Preview Nights will be held online on the following dates:
Fourth Grade: Tuesday, January 30th from 6:00 -7:30 pm Fifth Grade: Wednesday, January 31st from 6:00-7:30 pm Sixth Grade: Thursday, February 1st from 6:00-7:30 pm
