A huge shout out to our PTA and parent volunteers for putting on this year’s Masquerade Festival & Carnival. This event created many smiles and many fun memories for our Wolf Canyon Community.
Thank you to all the students who participated in PTA reflections. The following students received the highest scores in the following divisions:
A total of 22 students will be moving up to the next level of judging at the PTA Chula Vista Council. Good luck timberwolves!
I big shout out to the Baptiste and Plat Families, as they uplifted and refreshed our Kindergarten butterfly garden last weekend. Thank you to Eastlake church and these two hard working families for freshening up Wolf Canyon!

It’s finally here! We are so excited to celebrate the Fall season with our annual Wolf Canyon Masquerade Festival! Wolf Canyon’s Masquerade Festival & Carnival will be held on Saturday, November 2 from 1:00 – 5:00. Pre-Sales will continue through Friday, October 25. PTA is also looking for families and businesses to sponsor. Family sponsorships will run $100 and from $250-$500 for businesses. If interested, please contact wolfcanyonpta@gmail.com

We are participating in Red Ribbon Week this week. The week will culminate with Law Enforcement Day on Friday, October 25th. Activities will take place outdoors so please wear sunscreen, hats, and drink plenty of water.

We all want to welcome back our students and families to the 2019 Fall Quarter. The Fall Quarter is always very busy with many activities, so we encourage all our families and students to check our blog frequently.
School begins on Tuesday, October 8. Please remember that it will be a full day of learning for all students. 1st – 6th grade students begin promptly at 8:45am and will be dismissed at 3:15pm. All kindergarten students will attend from 8:45am to 3:00pm. We look forward to seeing all our Timberwolves on Tuesday!

Good News Club is coming to Wolf Canyon on Wednesdays, beginning October 16th from 3:30 – 4:30 in Room 603. Students in grades 1-6 are welcome to come and hear life-changing Bible stories, play games, and sing lively songs. There is no cost. Permission slips are available in the office or from Mrs. Jackson in Room 603. If you have any questions, call Mrs. Jackson at 619-849-9900.
