The Book Fair opens Monday afternoon, September 10th through Thursday, September 20th. This is a great way to support your child’s reading and support the school. Volunteers are needed. In addition, all volunteers will earn Scholastic Dollars for their child’s teacher. It’s a great way to support your child’s classroom library. Support the 4th grade fundraiser and come out to the Otay Ranch Mall Chili’s for dinner on Tuesday, September 11 between 3:00pm and 10:00pm. Don’t forget to bring the flyer and give it to the waiter/waitress when you pay the bill.

PTA needs volunteers for Red Ribbon Week and the Masquerade Festival is coming up in the month of October. If you are interested in volunteering for either of these events contact the school office at 619-482-8877. The next PTA General Meeting is September 18 at 7:00pm.

WANTED: Box Tops for Education. Many food items that come in boxes have a “Box Tops for Education” bar coded label. Cut this out, send it school and we can exchange these labels for technology tools, sports equipment, art supplies and much more. The class that turns in the most Box Tops for Education by October 8 will receive a Special Prize!
