Spirit wear – Wolf Canyon tee-shirts, polos, sweatshirts and more will be on sale this Thursday, September 12 in front of room 401 from 8:00 am – 8:30 am and 1:30 pm-3:00 pm.

Family Movie Night is just around the corner – Friday, September 13 from 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm on the school blacktop behind the school. This is an evening where students can be creative, design their own vehicle out of cardboard boxes or other materials and watch an old-fashioned drive-in movie under the stars. There will be plenty of refreshments and fun for all.

Parent/Teacher Conferences will take place starting September 12 through the 19. Please remember that students in kindergarten are dismissed at 1:30 pm and students in grades 1-6 are dismissed at 1:45 pm beginning this Thursday through the end of the quarter. Take a moment to write down questions you have for your child’s teacher and bring those questions to your conference.

Wolf Canyon students who want to showcase their artistry have the opportunity to participate in the PTA Reflections Competition. Reflections is an art contest that celebrates our talented youth and everyone wins! To participate have your child fill out the entry from and submit an original piece of artwork embodying this years theme in the seven following areas: Dance Choreography, Film Production, Literature, Music Composition, Photography, Visual Arts, and Special Artist. This years theme is Believe, Dream, Inspire. Students can submit their artwork Oct 8- Oct 11 from 8:15 am – 9:00 am in room 305. A PTA representative will be there to collect and preserve all artwork. The class with the most submissions will receive a special prize from PTA!!
