Tuesday, January 28 at 3:30 pm our ELAC Committee will discuss changes taking place to better support our English Learners.

Thursday, January 30 at 6:30 pm Grades 3-6 will hold their Science and Technology night. A representative from Kidbiz will also be on hand to provide parent training and answer any questions you may have about this program. The in-service will be from 7:00 pm – 7:30 pm. On Friday, January 31 at 6:30 pm Grades K-2 will hold their Science and Technology night.

Junior soccer team try-outs for students in grades 1-3 will be right after school this week on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Boys soccer practice will be on Wednesday and Thursday this week.

February 1, 2014 is the last Saturday Wolf Canyon Parent Workshop on the Common Core State Standards and will focus on: Writing from Sources, Academic Vocabulary, Mathematics Application and Dual Intensity (understanding and practice).

Come out and observe our classrooms and see Common Core Standards in Action on from 9:00 am – 11:00 am on February 21 and 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm on February 27.
