Residency verification will take place May 23 through May 27 from 8:00 am to 9:30 am and again from 1:30 pm to 4:00 pm in the school office. The Hanover survey for parents has been extended through Monday, May 2. Please click on this link to complete the survey if you have not already done so. We truly value your feedback!

District and State testing will take place April 25-May 20.  In order to best support your child please observe the following:
1. Make sure your child comes to school ON TIME
2. Make sure your child has a healthy breakfast
3. Make sure your child has a good night’s sleep (8:00 pm bedtime recommended)
4. Encourage your child to do his/her best without unnecessary pressure
5. Schedule appointments in the afternoons or after the testing period

Please note that the weeks students take the state and district tests they should have NO HOMEWORK. This includes class projects. Also, classrooms will not be interrupted to deliver messages or pull students for appointments.

K-Kids is hosting a RECYCLE DAY on Tuesday, May 10.  Bring cans and bottles to the front of the school from 8:15 am – 9:00 am or 2:45 pm – 3:30 pm.

CVESD is holding a Special Education Resource Fair for families on May 12 5:00-7:00 pm at Rogers Elementary. We are currently collecting items for a summer-themed gift basket to donate for a raffle at the resource fair. Donations can be dropped off in the front office.
