Monday, February 12 The Wolf Canyon K-Kids Pennies for Pasta Campaign begins. K-Kids will begin collecting “spare change” now through February 23 to support the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Collection boxes have been given to the students and the class that collects the most “spare change” will earn a Pasta Party. More importantly however, the students are supporting those who suffer from these deadly diseases.
Monday, February 12 is the LAST DAY to order Valentine Grams.
Tuesday, February 13 at 6:00 pm PTA will have its General Meeting.
Thursday, February 15 MINIMUM DAY!!! Also, The Wolf Canyon “Dancing with Wolves” School Dance will be held in the school auditorium from 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm. Tickets are $1.00 and are being sold before and after school.
Friday, February 16 and Monday, February 19 NO SCHOOL in honor of President’s Day.
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: The Occupational Therapist will provide training on Thursday, February 22 at 8:00 am to anyone who would like to volunteer to support students who need help with their handwriting.

Wolf Canyon Film Festival is now seeking student filmmakers and their films for the Annual Film Festival. To submit an entry or to find out about the entry categories go to: wcfilmfest.wordpress.com. All entries must be submitted by March 16 in ordered to be considered for Film Awards! The Film Festival is April 26 at 6:30 pm.
Please take a moment to share your thoughts about how we are doing as a school and as a district on “Thought Exchange” by February 25. The top 3 schools that get the most participation in the district will receive an additional $600!!! This is a great way to support our Makerspace!
Wednesday, February 21 – Registration for new students for the upcoming 2018/2019 school year will begin. Packets will be available in the school office beginning February 7th. If your student/s is currently attending Wolf Canyon on a zone transfer, you will need to visit the school office between February 7 – 14 to complete a new zone transfer for the 2018/2019 school year.
