Registration, Residency, Zone Transfers and Enrollment Survey
Hello, Wolf Canyon parents!
Do you have questions about registration, residency verification, zone transfers, and/or enrollment? Please read below to get those questions answered.
Online Registration: This process is only for NEW students to Wolf Canyon for either the 19-20 or the 20-21 school year. Visit the CVESD website for instructions. LINK Current Wolf Canyon families DO NOT need to complete this process.
Residency Verification: For CURRENT families, this process is ON HOLD at the moment. Many of you want to provide proof of residency to ensure that your child is placed on a class roster for next year, but we do not want you to worry about this right now. When we finalize the process for providing proof of residency, we will let everyone know!
Zone Transfers: Some of our Zone Transfers were completed before school closure, and some were still pending. If you are awaiting a response, please be patient. You will get notification from the District if your ZT was approved soon.
If you are applying for a new Zone Transfer for a sibling, please know that since Wolf Canyon is an impacted school, we are NOT taking any NEW ZT’s, even for siblings. Resident families are still enrolling, and we will know more about having available space at a later time. For now, please be patient, and should we have space, siblings are a priority. Families can apply for new Zone Transfers at their school of residence via email. Please visit the cvesd.org website for a list of schools and staff directory.
Enrollment Survey: We need your help in planning for our NEW school year in 2020-2021. To assist us in planning our classes and enrollment numbers, it is always helpful if we know whether your child (ren) will be returning to Wolf Canyon.
