Enrollment Survey 2021-2022 School Year

Dear Parents/Guardians:

We need your help in planning for the 2021-2022 school year! To assist us in planning our classes, it is always very helpful if we know whether your child(ren) will be returning to Wolf Canyon School in July.

Please take a few moments to answer the following survey questions and submit by Friday, June 4th. This is for all students in grades TK – Gr. 5. If you have multiple children, please complete one form per child.

Laptop and Wifi Hot Spot Collection Events

All school issued laptops, chargers and wifi Hotspots will be collected for inventory.
