Book Fairs are one of the most exciting school events of the year, and we look forward to seeing our Timberwolves after school in the MPR all this week! Be sure to stop by the Book Fair from 3-5 PM on Monday, Tuesday, & Thursday.  On Wednesday, 11/9 we will have extended hours for our “Bites & Books” from 3-6 PM! Don’t forget to ask your teachers about their wish lists and check out books for all ages at our Fair.

Dear Timberwolves,

It’s time to Fall into Reading with some fun new books! Make plans to stop by the MPR after school all next week, 11/7-10 from 3-5 PM with extended hours on Wednesday, 11/9 from 3-6 PM.   

We are excited to have our Book Fair with Usborne Books & More in-person this year, with many of the titles that your readers have come to love available to shop for and take home! Monday, October 31st is our Fall Dress-Up Day!  We encourage students to dress in fall colors, a Halloween costume, or like their favorite character from literature.  Please remember the following guidelines:  

• Regular school rules regarding the dress code must be followed.  
• No masks (other than face masks), canes, sticks, accessories, inflatable costumes, weapon-like items of any kind, fake blood, or other substances that will spill or cause a mess will be allowed.
• Unfortunately, we aren’t able to allow students to bring treats for their classes. 
• Students may not wear anything suggestive or provocative in nature. 
• Attire can not promote the use of illegal substances or activities, be derogatory or disrespectful, or portray violence.
• Students are asked to show respect to other students by not touching, defacing, or insulting other students’ costumes.
• Students are asked to show respect for others by not choosing insensitive and/or offensive costumes to the diverse backgrounds represented by others at our school.
