Friday, May 18 6-8pm– Wolf Canyon PTA will be sponsoring Paints Uncorked.  A professional artist will lead our group to recreate the events featured painting while we eat and socialize to raise funds for our school.  The price is $35.  To register, see the link on our blog.

Thanks again to those who supported our APEX Fun Run.  PTA has created a survey to get the communities input on how the money should be spent.  Take a moment to share your thoughts.

As you are aware, our school community recently took part in an online learning process called Thoughtexchange to help inform our academic priorities. We’ve reviewed your thoughts and priorities and now want to share the results with you. We will continue to use this information to inform our decisions. Again, thank you so much for contributing to the success of our schools and District. Your participation in the process was invaluable.

Wednesday, May 23 is Day Of The Teacher.  We are looking for volunteers between 11:30 and 1:00pm with student supervision on the playground.  Please contact the school office if you are interested.

Residency verification will begin on May 23rd from  8:00 am to 9:30 am and 1:30 pm to 4:00 pm in the school office. Extended hours are on Tuesday, May 29 and Thursday, May 31 only until 7:00 pm. Chalkwalk Volunteers are needed.  If you can help with this year’s Chalkwalk please leave your name and contact number with the school office. Lunch will be provided for all volunteers. There is a Chalk Walk Volunteer Training on Thursday, May 17th at 3:30 in room 501.  If you are unable to attend, please e-mail Mrs. Adamos at Joanne.adamos@cvesd.org. The Kiwanis Club will be hosting a Bike Rodeo at Castle Park on Saturday, April 21st from 10am-2pm. They will be providing free bicycle maintenance, free helmets and free food for all CVESD students. 2018 Bike Rode Flyer

Please note Wolf Canyon start time is 8:45am.  That is the time the students are expected to be on the blacktop ready to start the day.  Our Safety Patrol is instructed to lock the gate after the start bell rings.  Once the gate is locked, students will need to check in to the office for a late slip.  Thank you for your consideration.
