October is Wolf Canyon’s Health and Safety Awareness Month

Monday, October 6 there is NO SCHOOL.

Tuesday, October 7:
8:45 am School Starts and it is a minimum day. Please make sure that the person picking up your child is informed. Kindergarten dismissal is 1:30pm; all other students are dismissed at 1:45pm.

2:00 pm Safety Committee Meeting – If you are interested in reviewing and revising our Safe School Plan this is the meeting for you! We also need parents interested in Parent Patrol.

6:30 pm Safety Awareness Night with guest speaker Assemblywoman Dr. Shirley N. Weber. Find out what every parent needs to know about how to keep their children safe online and offline. A “No Homework” pass good for one assignment will be given to every child whose parent attends.

REFLECTIONS IS BACK! Submit your original Photography, Film production, Literature Composition, Music Composition, Visual Art or Dance Choreography video and you could win $1000 scholarship from the PTA. All entries must be submitted no later than Friday, October 10. All entries will be showcased at our Masquerade Festival where the winners will be announced. FREE – Take advantage of Microsoft Office 365 at home for your child to have everything he/she needs to create, edit and share documents for as long as they are a student at Wolf Canyon.
