Wednesday, January 18 the Good News Club begins.

Thursday, January 19 at 6:30 pm is the Wolf Canyon Science & Technology Night for students in Grades K-2. (6:00 pm parent inservice on ELA/ELD materials in the library).

Parents are welcome to review the English Language Arts materials being reviewed for our district ELA/ELD adoption. Materials are in the library. For a brief explanation and overview come out 1/2 hour before the Science & Technology nights to learn more, ask questions, and give us your feedback. One of these programs will most likely be selected for the reading, writing, and language instructional materials for CVESD for the next 8 years.

Yearbook pre-sales are going on now through the end of February. Yearbooks are $36.00 during pre-sales and all orders must be place online.   Yearbooks ordered after February will be $50 while supplies last.  THE SCHOOL CODE IS 63612.

The Wolf Canyon Film Festival will begin accepting entries for this year’s competition January 30 – February 20.   For more information or to submit a video contact Mr. Riggs at zachary.riggs@cvesd.org.  The Film Festival event will take place on Thursday, April 27 at 6:30 pm in the school auditorium.

Bring in empty water bottle this week through next Friday to promote recycling! Collection bags are in each classroom and in the school office.

Wolf Canyon ELAC invites all parents to learn about Common Core Math on January 31 9:00 am in the auditorium.
