Parent Teacher Conferences

Mark your calendars: Virtual Parent / Teacher conferences will take place from Oct. 15 – Oct. 22.

Your child’s teacher will be contacting you to schedule your individual parent teacher conference. The purpose of the fall parent/teacher conference is for the teacher to inform you of your child’s progress, baseline data and goals. It is also an opportunity for you to share additional information on your child’s strengths, goals and interests. student participation program.

During the fall reporting period, students will not receive an official report card; they will only receive a Fall Parent Conference Form that will have a citizenship grade, goals and baseline assessment data. You will also receive a Student Summary report that will include attendance data, past yearly assessments and information on any program participation (Dual Immersion, English learner, GATE….)

During the conference dates, the school will be on a minimum day schedule.

From Oct. 15 – Oct. 22, students will engage in synchronous learning (teacher directed) for the first two hours of the instructional day. The remainder of the time will be asynchronous learning (independent work).
