YMCA Fee-Based Childcare:  Starting in January, there will be a fee-based option for childcare on campus.  Space will be limited to adhere to the cohort model. Please see below for more detailed information.

APEX Remix Fundraiser:

Thank you for your support of the APEX Remix Fundraiser.  We were able raise over $18,000 for our school’s PTA. AMAZING!!!!  This money has been designated to support classroom teacher mini-grants.

If your child was unable to pick up a prize they earned for raising money, please stop by the Wolf Canyon front office beginning Tuesday, December 1st between 8:00-3:30pm.

Super Fly Ty from the APEX team will be in front of the school today between 3:30 – 5:30 p.m. to pass out prizes to students who have pledges logged into their online account.

• Sponsors can either make a $ pledge per fitness move or a flat $ donation! If sponsors make a $ pledge per fitness move, their credit card is charged after the Remix Fitness event.
• A $30 flat donation is equivalent to a $1 per fitness move pledge for prize calculation.

Here is tonight’s challenge from the Apex Team: If the school can make it to $500 per fitness move shares tonight than Super Fly Ty will be doing the ICE BUCKET CHALLENGE live on the next lesson tomorrow!!

PTA Update

Curbside Library for ALL grades.
Your child may place holds on 5 books by 9 a.m. on Wednesdays and pick up their books the next day (Thursdays) between 1:30-3:00 p.m.

Here is how to place a hold:

1) Go to CVESD.org
2) Under Students tab find the Follet Destiny App
4) Select Wolf Canyon Elementary
5) Click Log in (top right)
6) Click “Log in using your account with Chula Vista Elem SSO” (blue box)

7) Search for a book under the catalog tab using the added part where you choose an Accelerated Reader level that you want. Pick any book and put it on hold by going to title details and choosing the HOLD tab on the lower right hand side.

8) You will receive an email letting you know that your hold is ready for a Thursday pick up.
